Detox Coleslaw

Rich in liver detoxifiying goitrogens

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 head of cabbage
  • 1 large carrot / 2 small carrots
  • 1 small brown onion
  • 1 apple
  • 1 heaped teaspoon soy mayonnaise (Golden Soya Mayonnaise is a good brand)
  • Juice of half a lemon.

Method:

  1. Slice cabbage finely with a very sharp knife, then cut long ways until 2-3cm slivers.
  2. Grate carrot and apple
  3. Slice onion as finely as possible into tiny pieces
  4. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix mayonnaise and lemon through.

Great to make a big bowl for dinner and keep for lunch the next day. Deliciously healthy!!!
